Full-Time AND Part-Time -Therapeutic Staff Support Workers (TSS)

TSS work one on one with our clients with special needs.  TSS provide services to children in their homes, their schools, and the community.  Our clients’ treatment plans are based on the child’s strengths and are individualized to their particular needs. Once hired, candidates will undergo 2 weeks of training, one in our local facility, and then a week of shadowing in the field with one of our experienced staff members.  After completion of training TSS are matched with clients according to personality, skill level, need, and location.  We have a considerable support system of highly educated staff, ongoing trainings, and resource materials to aid TSS with their implementation of their clients’ treatment plan.  All employees that wish to have full time status are given full schedules and enjoy our extensive benefits.  

Requirements:  Bachelors or Associates Degree in Human Services such as but not limited to: Criminal Justice, Counseling, or Education. 

Experience working with children helpful!
